Hi, I’m Aaya Bennani!

I’m  26, originally from Boston. I moved here 4 years ago, and  I now call Central Texas home and would love to start helping people find not just a house, but a place where they can truly build a life.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I developed a strong passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. Real estate felt like a natural fit because it allows me to combine that passion with my love for homes, community, and guiding people through one of the biggest milestones they’ll ever experience. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing, I’m committed to making the process as smooth, honest, and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of work, I’m a mom who enjoys living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I’m passionate about fitness, nutrition, and spending time outdoors, and I love exploring local coffee shops, farmers markets, and all that the Austin area has to offer. I believe that home is about more than just four walls—it’s about creating a lifestyle you love, and I’m excited to help my clients do exactly that!!
