Hi, I’m Brendan Foster. My journey into real estate began after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki — a book that completely changed the way I viewed work, money, and opportunity. It opened my eyes to real estate as one of the best paths to grow both personally and professionally while helping others do the same.
I take pride in being someone my clients can truly trust. Clear communication is at the core of how I work — I make sure my clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout every step of the process. One of my proudest moments was helping my first listing client rehab and sell his home; we got it under contract in just seven days during one of the slowest seasons. More recently, I was recognized for having the most closed leases on my team for the third quarter.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about music — I sing and play guitar, bass, keyboard, and harmonica — and I’m dedicated to fitness. After losing 200 pounds and maintaining that for years, I’ve learned the value of discipline, perseverance, and consistency.
What motivates me most is seeing people improve — whether it’s in their health, finances, or overall well-being. I believe that having the right home plays a huge part in that journey, and I love helping people find a place where they can truly thrive. And if you’re ever in East Austin, don’t miss Las Cazuelas — their breakfast tacos are seriously underrated!
