Chelsea Giovanelli moved to Austin in 2006 from Dallas to pursue her passion for cooking and attend Le Cordon Bleu at the Texas Culinary Academy. After working her way to the top in some of the area’s finest restaurants she decided to hang up the chef coat and dive head first into Real Estate. Chelsea always had a passion for Real Estate but was never able to pursue the career because of the demands of being a chef. When the opportunity became available, she seized it! Her previous life as a chef has given her the ability to think quickly and handle whatever stressful situations come her way. Her enthusiasm for helping others, down to earth personality, and impeccable communication skills help her connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible. In addition, she knows where to find some of the best food Central Texas has to offer! When Chelsea isn’t helping her clients buy or sell the perfect home, she’s running or biking the trail at Lady Bird Lake, checking out the Austin music scene, enjoying happy hour with friends, playing fantasy football, practicing yoga, and cooking with friends and family. As a longtime Austin resident, she has witnessed it’s great transformation, from the “small town feel”, to the bustling metropolis it is now. Her great knowledge of the Austin area gives her the desire to make her home, your home.
